Course Description
This course provides an overview of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), a federal law that prohibits bribery of various officials abroad. Course Syallabus
This module introduces the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act by providing a history of the Act and describing its enforcement. It defines bribery and provides context to why the FCPA is necessary, as well as describes the consequences of violating it.
