College/University Customers

  • Launch Part 1 of Primary Sexual Assault Prevention courses (as well as other required courses, such as AlcoholEdu for College and Mental Well-being for Students) with new students
  • Given the timeline for new Title IX regulations, EVERFI strongly recommends that institutions adjust their implementation of new student training to begin after August 14th to ensure that students receive the most up-to-date training content and resources from their institution.
  • For schools that are not implementing Sexual Assault Prevention courses (for example, only implementing AlcoholEdu for College), the traditional pre-matriculation timing is recommended.
  • If you are on our Foundry platform, don’t forget to set up your Part 2 launch timing. If you are deploying on our legacy EVERFI platform (Homeroom), Part 2 will be set up automatically. Check out our FAQ page for additional timing recommendations.
