Integrating with Your System
Once you have an implementation training plan outlined, you may consider integrating your courses directly into the virtual orientation experience. There a few ways to accomplish this:
- If your learners access their EVERFI courses on our webpage (and with an EVERFI username/password), we recommend adding the registration/login details directly into your experience so that learners can easily access the information. If you are unsure of what information to share, please reach out to your Account Manager.
Single Sign On
- With Single Sign On authentication, learners login in to view their courses with their institution/organization username and password. This removes the need to remember additional credentials, and allows for a seamless learner experience as they navigate between your system and the EVERFI system.
Learning Management System/SCORM Integration
- Alternatively, you may choose to upload EVERFI courses directly into your Learning Management System (LMS). This allows learners to take their EVERFI courses within your LMS, alongside any other courses or orientation activities.
As noted above, EVERFI has multiple integration options to support a successful deployment of our courses as part of online orientation and student and faculty/staff engagement programs. You can review an overview of our integration options here. To learn more about these options, please contact your Account Manager.
Preparing for Parent Orientation
During the transition to college, and throughout the collegiate experience, parents and caregivers can play a crucial role in continuing to make a positive impact on their student’s health and well-being.
As such, EVERFI has a website dedicated to providing resources to parents and caregivers of higher education students. Check out the page here: https://everfi.com/partners/colleges-universities/higheredparents/.
You can access templates for communicating these resources, as well as broader institution prevention efforts, with parents and caregivers in our Student Communications Toolkit.
