The Customer Resource Hub is intended for administrators who manage EVERFI training. If you are a learner who was assigned an EVERFI course, you can find technical support resources at

  1. Go to
  2. Open the account options in the top right corner to open the menu.
  3. Click My Support.
    In the top right corner click on the Person Icon and click My Support Items which is the second option.
  4. If you have an account, then click Login to access the full Resource Hub. If you do not have an account, then click Register and follow the next steps.

  5. Create a username (chosen by you). We recommend using the same email address you use to log into your EVERFI platform.
    After submitting your username, check your email for the confirmation.
  6. Go to your inbox to look for the confirmation message and click the link provided to confirm your email address.
  7. Complete your account setup by creating a password.
    Clicking the link in the confirmation email will bring you back to the login page to complete your account set up. Create a password here.
  8. Log in to the Resource Hub with your newly created account. Bookmark for easy access in the future.
    Back on the login page, use your newly created username to access the Customer Hub.
