Foundry

  1. Once your Assignment starts, all learners that have been assigned will receive an email inviting them to complete the course
  2. The learner will click the “Login” button in the email which will take them to the Foundry login page
  3. After the learner signs in with their login credentials or utilizes Single Sign On, the Learner Dashboard will appear
  4. The Learner Dashboard shows the learner’s open and completed courses

Learner Dashboard

This is where learners go to see assigned training and work on it.

This is practically the only page a learner can see. (They can also see a limited My Profile page.) It shows every course assigned to you, open and complete. For each course, you can see the following information:

  • Course name
  • Date it was assigned to you
  • Date it’s due
  • Your progress through it
  • Any certificates for course completion
  • Description of the course (from About Course under the course name).

As an admin you can navigate here by clicking Tools in the global header (top of the page) and then clicking Learner Dashboard from the drop-down menu.

From the Learner Dashboard, you can go back to your Admin Dashboard by clicking Tools and then clicking Admin Dashboard.

Launch a Course

Each course is listed as a complete row under the Open tab. To open a course, simply click Start or Continue at the right end of its row.

See Completed Courses

Completed courses are listed on the second tab marked Completed. Find it in the upper left under the page title.

Learner Technical Support

Please instruct learners to click the Tools options in the top right corner of their course. Under tools they should select the Help option. This will guide them to our 24/7 technical support website, https://support.everfi.com, which offers options for obtaining assistance.

Password Reset

If a learner is using standard log in (not SSO), you can advise them to navigate to your custom URL log in page.  (example: https://admin.fifoundry.net/school_name/sign_in_)

From there the user can click on the “forgot password’ link and will receive an email.

Higher Ed Partner Center

Homeroom

If you are using the standard login registration method, learners must do the following:

If the learner DOES NOT have an EVERFI Higher Education account:

  1. Go to www.everfi.com/register
  2. Next the learner must enter one of the curriculum codes sent by your institution. If the learner is already logged in, the curriculum code would be entered in the top right corner of the screen if there is a new course they need to add.

  3. After clicking the “Next” button, the learner will be prompted to enter their credentials.
  4. Once the learner has entered their credentials, they will be brought to a page showing their open and completed courses

If the learner DOES have an EVERFI Higher Education account:

  1. Go to www.everfi.com/login
  2. Once signed in, click “Add a Course”
  3. Input the unique registration code for your course

If you are using our Single Sign On registration method, we will work with your institution’s IT team to set up a link for the course(s) in your school/organization portal. Once that has been set up, individuals must do the following:

  1. Click the course link in your student/employee portal
  2. Complete the registration confirmation page

Learner Technical Support

We recommend providing learners with our Troubleshooting Guide. Most issues can be resolved using the tips in the guide. You should also instruct them to use the Help option in the top right corner of the course or on the bottom of the EVERFI login screen. This will guide them to our 24/7 technical support website, https://support.everfi.com, which offers options for obtaining assistance.

Password Reset

If a learner is using standard log in (not SSO), you can advise them to navigate to www.everfi.com/login

From there the user can click on the “forgot password’ link and will receive an email.

Receiving part 2

Once a learner’s intersession (i.e. the waiting period between Part 1 and Part 2 of a course) is complete, they will automatically receive an email notification from EVERFI letting them know that they now have access to Part 2. This email is only a notification and does not include direct access to Part 2. Learners are instructed to log back in to the course and they will have access to Part 2. If a learner misses the email, they will just need to log back into their EVERFI account to access Part 2.

Once you have chosen your user in the View/Edit Attendee tool the following window will appear:

Verify that the user’s contact information is correct, then click the ‘Send Reset Password Email’ button. Please note that a password reset email from our system can take up to an hour to be received by a user.
