About the EduCup Challenge
As communities come together to support each other through this challenging time, sports leagues and teams are stepping up to ensure students, teachers and parents have quality learning resources to keep students engaged in learning. EduCup harnesses the spirit of competition by challenging students to use one (or more!) of the eight digital courses co-created by EVERFI, professional sports leagues, and partners to showcase their knowledge through a series of related social media challenges.
These courses cover a variety of topics including STEM, character development, math and reading, community engagement, and more! Competitions will be based on the student’s region; all regions will include teams from each league. Students have the opportunity to win a $2,500 college scholarship or another prize by participating.

Our education partner EVERFI has teamed up with six professional sports leagues to launch the EduCup Challenge, and we are thrilled to be able to provide this one-of-a-kind learning experience to you, your families, and the communities we serve.
Together with the NFL and United Way Worldwide, the NHL and the NHL Players’ Association, Major League Baseball, Major League Soccer, the National Lacrosse League, and the Premier League, EVERFI launched the EduCup to keep young minds sharp on and off the field or ice, through education and friendly competition. [Company Name] employees and their families are invited to participate now through May 29th.
By participating in this challenge, students will have the opportunity to complete digital courses that cover a variety of topics including STEM, character development, math and reading, community engagement, and more. Students will also have the opportunity to win a $2,500 college scholarship or other prizes by participating.
