Truist WORD Force is an interactive digital course that helps students in grades K-2 develop a strong foundation in key reading skills. With fun characters and a creative “save the world” storyline, children feel empowered and engaged along their reading journey. Aligned to ELA standards, students will learn and practice foundational reading skills such as phonological awareness, letter recognition, word building, and reading comprehension.

Thank you for your interest in supporting the WORD Force program.  Before proceeding with the Email Outreach communication, please read the following important information:

  • Before sending Email Outreach content to any external party, teammates must check Truist’s internal Do Not Email List via DNE Scrub - Quick Check tool link*for email addresses that are designated as opted out/unsubscribed from receiving commercial or marketing emails other than transactional or relationship emails. See Instructions for Do Not Email Look-Up.
  • Sending emails without properly vetting recipient’s email address(es) is a violation of Truist’s  Email Marketing Policy; and may subject Truist to significant fines or other action for violations of the CAN-SPAM Act. Additionally, it is mandatory that each outgoing Email Outreach message contain a required unsubscribe link in the footer to allow recipients a way to opt out. For more information on the CAN-SPAM Act, please visit the Federal Trade Commission’s CAN-SPAM website.
  • Teammates are also prohibited from knowingly sending materials to children under the age of 13, as this may violate Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Visit the Federal Trade Commission’s COPPA Website for more information.
