The Financial Literacy Bee
Compete for an opportunity to win $500!

Americans of all ages struggle with financial literacy. With nearly a quarter of the population deemed ‘financially fragile,’ this is a major social, economic, and community issue.
With this in mind, [Company] is proud to announce that we are sponsoring the EVERFI Financial Literacy Bee, a nationwide financial capability challenge for students in grades 8-12. This year’s virtual challenge will take place from April 5th-19th, and we want YOU to participate! The Financial Literacy Bee provides an opportunity for students to have some fun and learn critical financial concepts during October’s National Financial Planning Month!
The short, interactive lessons teach students how to save, set financial goals, budget, and invest. After completing the lessons, students submit a short capstone essay in which they share a short-term, medium-term, or long-term savings goal and outline how they plan to achieve the goal. Winners of the Financial Literacy Bee will receive a $500 prize!
How It Works
Students can participate in just 3 easy steps:
